Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our Quality Management Department consists of experienced engineers and inspectors specializing in rubber materials and molded/extruded rubber products.
Main responsibilities include:
-Raw material testing and verification (hardness, Mooney viscosity, etc.)
-Technical support during new product development
-Production process monitoring and quality control
-Final inspection and performance testing
-Customer feedback handling and continuous improvement
With advanced testing equipment, we ensure stable quality for custom rubber seals, rubber spare parts, and special-shaped rubber components.
Quality Control Procedures
1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
-Inspect raw materials for hardness, appearance, impurity level, and surface condition.
-Test Mooney viscosity, density, and other key physical properties.
-Record all results and reject any materials that do not meet specifications.
2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
-Monitor extrusion or molding production in real time.
-Check dimensions, cross-section profile, and surface quality during production.
-Perform random tests on hardness, tensile strength, and curing conditions.
